    Sealcoating

    In addition to improving the curb appeal of your driveway or parking lot, sealcoating protects and prolongs the life of the asphalt by forming a barrier against UV rays, water, and daily strain. Sealcoating prevents cracks, erosion from occurring and damaging effects from New England weather, saving on long term repair cost. Depending on usage and climate, it is advised to sealcoat your asphalt every two to three years.  Before applying sealcoating, new asphalt surfaces should cure for at least six to twelve months.  Regular maintenance is necessary to preserve the strength and caliber of your asphalt surfaces.
